As we get ready to launch our next series of Wedding Fayres in South & West Wales we have made a few changes to the launch and booking process.

As business costs evolve and marketing budgets have to stretch further—especially with administrative changes like VAT registration impacting stand prices—it is more important than ever to ensure every pound you spend delivers a strong return on investment.

If you want to ensure your investment is working hard for your business, it’s time to review. Here are six essential areas to evaluate before you book your next wedding fayre.

Our core ethos is to curate a selection of services that provides couples with plenty of choice without making the room feel repetitive or overwhelming. To help us achieve this, we have refined our booking process from Autumn 2026 regarding primary and secondary categories.

We find ourselves, almost daily, having to respond to enquiries that their category is full but we can hopefully fit them in next time, however today we said NO to an enquiry - specifically to a Music/Entertainment Agency.

We wanted to take a moment to share the "why" behind this decision and explain how we curate our fayres to benefit both our couples and our amazing suppliers.
