Our core ethos is to curate a selection of services that provides couples with plenty of choice without making the room feel repetitive or overwhelming. To help us achieve this, we have refined our booking process from Autumn 2026 regarding primary and secondary categories.

We find ourselves, almost daily, having to respond to enquiries that their category is full but we can hopefully fit them in next time, however today we said NO to an enquiry - specifically to a Music/Entertainment Agency.  

We wanted to take a moment to share the "why" behind this decision and explain how we curate our fayres to benefit both our couples and our amazing suppliers.

We're thrilled to be working with two fabulous venues in the Cardiff & Bridgend area as part of our 2026 Wedding Fayre series.

These fayres will be launched as part of our Spring/Summer launch on Wednesday 11th November 2025.

At our most recent wedding fayre at Swansea.com Stadium, we welcomed a record number of couples through the doors – the biggest turnout we’ve ever seen.  While we’re proud to attribute this to the growing reputation and success of our fayres, we can’t help but wonder: is there something bigger happening in the industry too?

From July 2025, Promise Wedding Fayres will be introducing a new policy for first-time exhibitors. Businesses that have not previously exhibited with us will be limited to booking one fayre per series (excluding The Orangery*).
