As we prepare to launch next series of wedding fayres, we want to share some important updates designed to improve your booking experience and manage expectations.

Please review the key changes below before applications officially open.

1. Early Access to Series Dates

We understand how crucial forward planning is for your business, and we know many of you have been holding off on scheduling other commitments until our dates are released. To help you manage your diary, we will be releasing our series dates to existing suppliers ahead of the official public launch.

• Spring/Summer & Autumn Fayres: These dates will be released approx. 4 weeks in advance to give you ample planning time.

• Winter Fayres: Because some of the events are hosted at sports stadiums, these specific dates cannot be finalised until the official football and rugby fixtures are announced (June). We appreciate your patience and will share them once they are confirmed.  View the Winter 2027 Dates here

2. Prices & VAT

To simplify the booking process and recognising that many independent businesses in the wedding industry are not VAT registered, therefore all quoted stand prices will now explicitly include VAT. Moving forward, what you see is what you pay. Exhibition stand prices for the upcoming series will start at £120 (inc. VAT).

3. Updated Category Limits at Larger Venues

To accommodate the scale of our larger Wedding Fayres such as the Swansea.com Stadium, Parc y Scarlets Stadium and The Orangery which regularly host over 40 wedding businesses, we are revising our category limits.

• Where a specific category was previously capped at 1 business per fayre, we may increase this limit to 2.

• Any supplier affected by this change will be clearly notified on their booking confirmation. If you choose not to proceed under these updated terms, you will retain the right to cancel without penalty, provided the deposit has not yet been paid.

4. Transition to Metric Stand Sizes

To ensure transparency when booking your stands, we are transitioning our stand measurements from imperial to metres, aligning our application forms directly with our venue floor plans.

Stand & Maximum Table Dimensions

Please Note: Table availability and exact dimensions vary by venue. If you require a specific table size to accommodate your unique display or custom tablecloths, please notify us during the application process, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Each stand will feature an approximate 1m space on one side of your designated area. You can utilise this extra space in one of two ways:

1. Leave it clear for easy physical access behind your stand.

2. Use it to display a free-standing item (e.g a pull-up banner/ easel)

Note: On some occasions, venue layout restrictions may require us to limit specific stand sizes. These restrictions will be clearly detailed on a venue-by-venue basis.

5. Exclusive Venue Collaborations

Over the past few years, we have been proud to partner with premium venues across South & West Wales to manage their official wedding fayres. When collaborating closely with partners like DeCourceys Manor, St Mellons Country Club and Court Colman Manor we accommodate their preferred supplier lists.

As a result, selected preferred suppliers for these specific venues will receive priority notification and early access to the application process before the general launch.

6. Upcoming Invoicing Platform Upgrade

On 1st July 2027, we will be migrating to a new invoicing platform. While your invoice documents will feature a refreshed look and layout, our standard business terms remain entirely unchanged:

• Deposit: Due within 7 days of your booking confirmation.

• Balance: Due in full no later than 1 month prior to the event date.

When making bank transfers, we kindly ask that you always include your invoice reference number to ensure prompt allocation to your account.
