Our Autumn 2026 Wedding Fayre series is being launched on Tuesday 17th March 𝐚𝐭 𝟖𝐩𝐦. SAVE THE DATE!

Our Autumn 2026 Wedding Fayre series is being launched this March for fayres planned for September to November 2026.
These fayres will be in the following areas:
- Pembrokeshire
- Swansea
- Cardiff
- Carmarthenshire
- Cwmbran
- Port Talbot
Sign up to our mailing list mailing list to receive an email with all dates/venues and a link to the online enquiry/booking form at the point of launch. The same information will be launched on the news section of our website at the same time. If you are keen to get your application in early, we would advise refreshing the news page of the website at 8pm as some email providers can take a minute to two to arrive in your inbox.
All enquiries will be processed and responded to by 8pm Tuesday 24th March.
If you are on our PRIORITY LIST as a result of not getting a place in the Spring/Summer fayres* you will be contacted before the launch to advise of any spaces available to you. Please check your spam folders to check for emails. All those on the Priority List will be contacted by Monday 16th March. We politely ask that these emails be responded to within 48 hours as if you do not wish to take the space we will need to contact the next person in line.
To ensure we continue to provide a fair booking system to those who have shown interest in attending our events, along with providing a variety of suppliers at each of our fayres and across the series we have limits on the number of bookings one supplier can make across the series and how many of each category attends each fayre. Where suppliers are unsuccessful in gaining a place on our Autumn series, they will be placed on a waiting list in the case of cancellations and also placed on the Priority list for the Winter 2027 series (or the next available fayre at the venue or area).
