NEWS UPDATE

GROWTH & RECORDS BROKEN
We’re pleased to report that for the period Sept 2024 – June 2025 we have seen a growth of 25% of couples/wedding parties coming through the door compared to the same period the year before.

Our most recent Wedding Fayre at The Orangery broke all records with us attracting our biggest audience to date across all of our events.  With our unique ticketed system we were able to manage the crowd to ensure exhibitors were kept busy for the duration of the event.

One of our Spring/Summer events held at the stunning venue of St Mellons Country Club attracted the largest number of newly engaged couples with 55% not having booked their venue – typically this is around 39%*.  Does this suggest an influx of engagements over the Spring months or curiosity to view one of South Wales’ most up and coming wedding venues?
*Based on Stats for 2024

Please note, all data collected is from attendees at the check-in desk at the point of arrival to give a true reflection of attendees and not taken from the pre-registration information prior to the event.   Data from each event is supplied to the businesses after each event.

ANALYSIS
Since September 2024 we have conducted a Post Code analysis for all attendees to get a better understanding of where guests come from and the efforts of our outdoor advertising and online targeted advertising.  These insights have given us vital data to help us optimse our marketing efforts to ensure we are doing the best we can for our exhibitors.

WINTER 2026 LAUNCH

Our Winter 2026 Wedding Fayre series is being launched in just over a week for fayres planned for January to March 2026.  Fayre locations include:  Swansea, Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Port Talbot and Cwmbran.

Sign up to our mailing list mailing list to receive an email with all dates/venues and a link to the online enquiry/booking form at the point of launch.  The same information will be launched on the news section of our website at the same time. If you are keen to get your application in early, we would advise refreshing the news page of the website at 8pm as some email providers can take a minute to two to arrive in your inbox.

All enquiries will be dealt with in the order they are received and responded to by 8pm Tuesday 22nd July.

CHANGES FROM 2026
Full payments will be requested 6 weeks prior to the event
– Full scale promotion for our events start approx. 4 weeks prior to the event therefore it’s important for us to confirm attendance by means of full payment of suppliers before we reach this point of our schedule.  Terms will remain the same for suppliers i.e. cancellation 2- 4 weeks prior to the event will result in a loss of 50% of payment.

Updated contracts/service level agreements – we’re updating our contracts to reflect the above payment terms and some additional items to improve the quality of our events.  All existing suppliers will be requested to re-sign the contract.   Contracts will be reviewed annually.
